The basal equipment of machine and technical parameters
emulsify mixer mixer:
Working volume: 5L, material: SUS316L stainless steel, electricity heating and water-cooling
Structure: With 3-layer structure, upper and lower end sockets. The upper end socket is connected to the tank body with flange between them. The internal layer of tank body is made of 4 mm thick SUS316L stainless steel and interior polished in 300 MESH (sanitary level). The middle layer of tank body is made of 3 mm thick SUS304 stainless steel and can stand max. working pressure 0.09MPa. The external layer of tank body is made of 2 mm thick SUS304, and exterior polished in 300 MESH (sanitary level). All the welding seams shall be polished after rubdown, and as to the treatment interface, turned over edge arc transition is adopted. The heat preservation layer is made of PU polyurethane foaming.
In the tank, there are 2 mixers:
3.11 Cutting and vortex emulsify mixer: 1.5kw, 0-2800 rpm (frequency control)
3.12 Low-speed frame type scraping mixer: 0.37kw, 0-40 rpm (frequency control)
3.13 Attached units of the tank: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, additive inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, temperature sensor, CIP cleaning head, dustproof asepsis respiratory device.
3.2 Pretreatment boiler:
1. Volume: oil boiler of 5L and water boiler of 5L one each, material: SUS316L.
2. Structure: open (half-open) type, with mixing.
Detailed Technical requirements:
Effective volumes: oil boiler of 5L, water boiler of 5L, material: SUS316L, 3 layers structure. The material of the inner of tank body is made of 4mm thick SUS316L and interior polished in 300MESH (sanitary level). The middle of the tank body is made of 3 mm thick SUS304 and can stand max working pressure 0.09MPa. The external layer of tank body is made of 2 mm thick SUS304 and exterior polished in 300MESH (sanitary level). In the tank, there is a turbine mixer, 0.12kw reducer and 0-1400 rpm inlet rotary speed. Discharge hole is equipped with butterfly valve of sanitary level and pipeline.
3.3 Vacuum system
1) Adopting vacuum pump, motor power: 90w 220 V.
2) Adopting diaphragm type vacuum gauge, the system vacuity keeps at-0.93 MPa.
3) Adopting 316 L pneumatic butterfly valve to be interlocked with the motor.
3.4 Electric control system
High-speed mixing switch, setting of speed and temperature of main tank, heating switch of main and auxiliary tanks, setting of upper and lower temperature limits of auxiliary tank, mixing switch and speed control of auxiliary tank, control switch of low-speed mixing and vacuum pump, etc. shall be actuated and shown on the control panel. The machine applies low voltage electric appliances from Siemens, home-made high-quality sensor, frequency converter from Delta Corp. All are manual valves and installed in yoke or thread types.
